Breakfast- Huge glass of water, 2 eggs, salsa, wheat toast, hummus and of course coffee

Lunch- Spinach salad with Asian dressing, roasted sweet potato pieces and an apple
Snack- Clif bar
Dinner- NO IDEA
I will have a protein shake after my workout today because I want to lift and run.
